Pfalz

A large part of the vineyards are located in the Mittelhaardt region. The area comprises more than 5000ha of surface, where the Riesling stands out on any other variety. It is not unjustified, as such, that this is one of germany’s most exported wines. In white wine, the land is mainly directed to the gewürztraminer and Scheurebe varieties and in red wines: Dornfelder, Portugieser, Spätburgunder and Regent. 3000 families are dedicated to wine production in this area, many of which are sold in their own wineries.
